Before your visit, we do our best to estimate the project scope and predict any materials that may be needed. Our goal is to minimize surprises.
Standard Service Visit
Includes up to 90 minutes of on-site service
Covers:
- Initial assessment and discussion
- Most small to medium repair tasks
- Many punch list visits with multiple small items
Additional Time
Billed in 15 minute increments
Details:
- Only applies if the work goes beyond the first 90 minutes
- We always stop and review time and scope with you before exceeding the included time
- No surprise charges or unapproved extra time
How A Typical Service Visit Works
Arrival & Assessment(15–20 minutes)
- We walk through the issue with you, inspect the area, and confirm what needs to be done.
- If you have a punch list, we prioritize what can be done within the visit.
Plan & Agreement
- We outline the recommended solution and what we can complete within the 90 minute window.
- If we believe more time or materials will be required, we discuss it upfront and get your approval before we proceed.
Hands-On Work
- We complete the agreed work efficiently and safely.
- Time is focused on productive, hands-on tasks.
- If we are approaching the 90 minute mark and more work remains, we recheck with you before continuing at the hourly rate.
Review & Next Steps
- We walk you through what was done and verify everything works correctly.
- If there are recommended follow up tasks or larger projects, we explain those clearly.
Materials, Parts, and Store Runs
- Materials and parts are billed at cost, not marked up.
- We bring common hardware and supplies whenever possible.
- If a store trip is required:
- • We will let you know before we go
- • We will do everything reasonable to stay within the original 90 minute visit window
- • If a store trip makes it likely that additional time will be needed, we will discuss options and get your approval
